We strongly believe in using the freshest, cleanest, most unadulterated whole foods available to us. The highest quality whole foods are an essential foundation upon which great menus are built and consequently eliminate the need for artificial flavors, preservatives and other food related obscenities.
Cooking is a true passion for us. Transforming a plethora of fresh ingredients into a delicious dish will never loose its luster. Ryan has been cooking for over a decade in a handful of high end restaurants and bistros on the west coast and in Hawaii. His real world experience is preceded by a two-year hands on culinary program and accompanying degree from the Art Institute of Seattle. “Food is my craft.
