New Items Featured:
Kennedy Chicken Salad Sandwich – pasture raised local chicken from Kennedy Ranch with diced organic apples, celery, red onion and roasted garlic folded into a walnut parsley pesto with Tomme de Sierra cheese from Tahoe Cheese on toasted french bread
Western Whiskey Burger – half-pound locally raised Wagyu/Angus beef patty from Van Norman Ranches *cooked to order topped with a seasoned red onion crisp & our rye whiskey bbq sauce served on a brioche bun
We now have a salad that will rotate as seasonal produce becomes available:
Grilled Asparagus Salad – organic chargrilled asparagus, hard boiled egg, cherrywood smoked bacon & truck pickled red onion on a bed of organic greens dressed with a warm sherry bacon vinaigrette
There are now smaller portions available for both the blistered shishitos & the hummus.
We are now open for lunch on the corner of 5th & Silver Streets Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm with a Friday Night Dinner coming at the end of April!
